Shipping policy

We offer shipping for all orders within the USA and internationally*. Shipping rates vary based on weight and distance traveled.

Within the USA: All orders are fulfilled up to 7 business days once the order is placed.  For International Shipping: The estimated delivery period is up to 3 weeks, depending on destination.*

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once we've sent your order, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Due to COVID-19 related events, some orders are experiencing unexpected delays as result of operational precautions. We are working as quickly and efficiently as possible to process all orders.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

To require a refund or exchange your headpiece for another one, please contact us through support@wearegoddesssociety.com. You’ll need the purchase receipt, as well as the item in perfect condition and its original package. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your inquiry and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If so, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method the same day. You’ll also receive from us a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your order. Please remember it can take some time for your banking service to process and post the refund. We suggest our customers contact your bank or credit card service for this matter.
